A personality test(sort of)

[QUOTE]I Am A: Lawful Good Human Sorcerer (1st Level)

Ability Scores:

Strength-9

Dexterity-10

Constitution-9

Intelligence-12

Wisdom-11

Charisma-11

Alignment:
Lawful Good A lawful good character acts as a good person is expected or required to act. He combines a commitment to oppose evil with the discipline to fight relentlessly. He tells the truth, keeps his word, helps those in need, and speaks out against injustice. A lawful good character hates to see the guilty go unpunished. Lawful good is the best alignment you can be because it combines honor and compassion. However, lawful good can be a dangerous alignment because it restricts freedom and criminalizes self-interest.

Race:
Humans are the most adaptable of the common races. Short generations and a penchant for migration and conquest have made them physically diverse as well. Humans are often unorthodox in their dress, sporting unusual hairstyles, fanciful clothes, tattoos, and the like.

Class:
Sorcerers are arcane spellcasters who manipulate magic energy with imagination and talent rather than studious discipline. They have no books, no mentors, no theories just raw power that they direct at will. Sorcerers know fewer spells than wizards do and acquire them more slowly, but they can cast individual spells more often and have no need to prepare their incantations ahead of time. Also unlike wizards, sorcerers cannot specialize in a school of magic. Since sorcerers gain their powers without undergoing the years of rigorous study that wizards go through, they have more time to learn fighting skills and are proficient with simple weapons. Charisma is very important for sorcerers; the higher their value in this ability, the higher the spell level they can cast.

My school FAILS

Lemme tell you the most amazing thing I realised about my school and the CCA cert they gave me.

In Sec 2, there was a CCA report card. I got 9points for 2 years, Grade was not stated.
After I graduate, it has been 4 years and my CCA report card shows 8points.

Do the Maths: 2years-9points. 4years-8points.
how amazing! I earned 9 points in my first 2 years and in the other 2 I lost 1. HOW THE FK DO YOU EVEN LOSE A CCA POINT!!!

Now tell me, do the school fail or what?

Results.

Got my results today. The whole cohort did generally worse than the previous batch.
Even my results easily put me among the last 5 in my class I believe...
L1R5=15
L1R2B2=12

EL-B4
Combined Humanities- B3
E. Maths - A1
A. Maths - A1
Physics - B3
Chemistry - B3
Biology - B3
Chinese - B3

5 of my results tied with my brother's and lost badly in the other 3 (my brothergot A2 for EL, and Chemistry, and A1 for Physics).

Enough said. Everyone else thrashed me big time.

SHF poem.

Sakura petals, likely soar
Fallen to ground, decay they not
flood the ground, fill the gaps
yet they remain, for eternity they sought

just a poem I suddenly thought of, sort of made for SakuraHana Forums, a new forum that I just joined yesterday =)

Record of Fallen Vampire.

One of the best manga I've ever read(nope I'm not kidding).
It has an amazing storyline, a cool, smart, charismatic and powerful protagonist, a reckless and hotheaded anti-hero(sort of), some beautiful girls, quite abit on real-time battle tactics(not war tactics mind you), and battles between Vampires, humans and half-breeds.

The leaders of each side are geniuses, and the story is unveiled intricately(sort of). Can be found at OneManga, and is also rated rather well if I'm not wrong(top 100).

If anyone's interested in manga, really should check it out.
But has a little bit of mature thinking behind it.

New Season

A new season, several new anime. For the previous season anime, a lot of them had crap endings. Seems very rushed to end. A bit sad, but overall it was ok. Might rewatch Code Geass again. After all, it was very nice. And the bugger will also be happy because I'll have to send it to her...lolx.

Some of the anime for this season:

Shikabane Hime - Kuro
White Album
Maria-sama ga Miteru 4th Season
Minami-ke Okaeri

For those who actually do download anime and know about torrent-ing/IRC-ing for anime:(which unfortunately is quite literally none)
Chihiro's dropping Skip Beat after episode 13 due to licensing. Sad...
White Album has a very nice story, seemingly better than that of Akane-iro no Somaru Soka. Both are fansubbed by Eclipse, so it's pretty good. So far, most of the anime by m.3.3.w, Eclipse, and Shinsen Subs(SHS) are pretty good, and Chihiro, Ayako,Bulletspeed Subs(BSS)& Static Subs(SS) are at least decent most of the time with rather fast releases.

Well, nothing much now, except that Lelouch's death in R2 is still very emo-ish for me. And I finally figured why Zero Requiem sounds so familiar...It's the exact same thing Celestial Being in Gundam 00 are doing...God be damned. And yes, too bad for spoiler, but Lelouch dies. Zero doesn't though, which makes R2's plot seriously fked up, but generally it's somewhat ok. Especially all the ridiculous twists to the plot.

But that's for another time, provided Mediacorp airs Gundam 00 S2 and Code Geass R2 in SG, probably we will never get to see them again.(They're currently air-ing Code Geass and Gundam 00 on okto at night.)

2 Poems by me

I've sort of looked back at some of my old stuff, and I found 2 interesting poems I made last time. They were made for a purpose, so I feel they are not as good as the ones I make randomly. Well, maybe it's also due to the poems I make randomly are more fantasy-like.

This is when Ii was sec 1. It was my Lit homework. Those times were kinda fun too...

My life as a student
A student is like a table leg,
So stressed out, unable to enjoy life,
Forced to study, get good grades
And all the tuition classes after school,
And the complaints given by your mother.

A student is like a table leg,
So stressed because it is holding a load,
As if stress is the load it is holding,
And it is falling and wearing down,
And just when it is barely holding out.

A student is like a table leg,
Unable to enjoy life’s happiness,
As if it is held down by stress
And the happiness of life is just in front,
Just a little more and happiness can be found.

A student is like a table leg,
Forced to study,
Or face its load’s/mother’s wrath,
As it tries to achieve its target,
And fails to hit its target in the end.

As tuition classes get the best of me,
It gets the best of time at home,
And as I struggle to adapt to it,
Remedials start coming up
And I find myself impossible to adapt.

In the end, I find myself
In a tight situation,
As my mother starts to demand more of me,
And I start to feel very stressed out,
And that is how I feel about life.

Comments:
I feel a little like this, but I think my friends are much worse off.

Please note that the comment above was made when I was in Sec 1(We had to comment on our works). The next one:

Myself as a child

A child is like a diamond,
So treasured and rare
with a bright and clear future,
like me as child of my parents.

So treasured,
As one of the next generation,
So ready to continue my kind,
When I grow older.

So rare, so hard
To come into other peoples’ lives,
Into the modern world
From my mother’s womb.

With a bright future ahead,
So bright until it reflects light
Like a diamond’s surface,
And experience the ups and downs of life.

And the 5 poems by others we had to find, along with our comments.

1)
… And Your Best Friend Whispering

Distracted is …
when your best friend starts whispering,
from across the classroom,
trying to steal your attention,
that is stuck to the teacher’s lips,
which are explaining the test,
that has been lingering in your mind,
ever since she told you about it.
That is distracted

Distracted is …
When your mom is yelling,
already at the top of her lungs,
while your favorite T.V. show is on,
that you for sure can’t miss,
because your friend finally got you the message,
that your favorite show is going to be on,
with your favorite singer as guest star on it.
That is distracted.

Distracted is your whole life.
Brothers fighting,
Sisters screeching,
Mom waiting,
Dad trying to whistle,
Dog barking,
Grandparents kissing,
Aunts pinching cheeks,
And your best friend whispering.
That is what distracted is.

Donald S. 6th grade

Comments:
I think it is a good poem because it is shows examples of distractions in our daily lives, how we feel about these distractions, how irritating it is to us, how it disrupts our daily lives.

Put a * on your tag to show you've read through everything k?

2)
Money
WHEN I had money, money, O!
I knew no joy till I went poor;
For many a false man as a friend
Came knocking at my door.

Then felt I like a child that holds
A trumpet that he must not blow
Because a man is dead; I dared
Not speak to let this false world know.

Much have I thought of life, and seen
How poor men's hearts are ever light;
And how their wives do hum like bees
About their work from morn till night.

So, when I hear these poor ones laugh,
And see the rich ones coldly frown--
Poor men, think I, need not go up
So much as rich men should come down.

When I had money, money, O!
My many friends proved all untrue;
But now I have no money, O!
My friends are real though very few.

W.H. Davies

Comments:
It shows that true friends will only appear when a person is in dire state. The author shows that in this poem, he was originally wealthy but knew no true joy until he was poor. Many people only tried to and acted as his friend, yet all of them was only acting as a friend of a wealthy person. This only teaches us that many people who are friends may not be a friend. A poor person will probably have no bootlicking ‘friends’ , only true friends, who help each other in times of need. Although they are understandably few but at least they are true and helpful to us. This poem shows how greedy a person can be, and I feel that the poet has probably seen it happen to someone before. This is also an interesting way to write this poem in this method and I feel that this poet is amazing.

3)
Mother's Day
The damp brown earth invites my
New roots
Was it you, Mama,
Who showed me this?
You bandaged my grazed knee
And told me the names of flowers
My children pull at my hands
They want to help with digging
All the small remembered hours
Seeds of memory
Your face is soft with time
As mine will be
Time grows like the rings of the oak
I tell my children
The names of flowers

Comments:
This poem shows that your mother brought you into this world. She cares for you and passes on her knowledge to us, her children. We also often help our mothers to overcome a crisis or offer her warmth and happiness in the way we received them. We remember every single short period of time we spent with them, planted deep into our memory, refusing to move until sometimes we forget all about it. It will seem like a short time yet we have all grown so big. Time passes so quickly in actual fact. This is a very interesting poem in which the poet uses his/her own words to express all this in the poem. A lot of feelings can be expressed in such a short poem. I feel that this poem is written very well.

4)
The Road Not Taken
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sign
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood and I-
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Comments:(in poem form)
He chose the path he believed in,
And I believe that he is great,
Just a little choice between paths,
He chose the path he believed right

Even if I think that I may not choose,
The path that he and I thought correct,
But I, nevertheless, believe in him,
Like others that this path led them to

I trust them to do a good job,
In building up a better society,
Even if I cannot fulfil what I think is right,
I will still try to do my part.

5)
Water

The water is as blue as a sapphire

Crystal clear Icy cold

The sun bouncing off the water

Sitting in a chair

Feet in the rough sand

Summer breeze chilly

Next to the sapphire blue water

Painting a picture

Illustrating the birds, eating bread

Resting by the crystal clear water

Or floating on it

Here I am.

Rachel S. 6th grade

Comments:

The position of the words are like water, without fixed shapes, all over the place, here and there, making it unique.

I know I was really pathetic with all those crap comments, but it was when I was still young, and I was forced to do it so I sort of did it reluctantly, and the result was pretty much as pathetic as that.

Also recently changed to playlist back to the songs that were listed as 'Favorites'. Indeed, those are really good. Somehow, they're nostalgic too. One day in the future I'll look back and realise how dumb I have been. *smiles slightly*

A joke.

To quote a joke:

RICK says:
There was this construction worker on the 3rd floor of this unfinished building. He needed a hand saw, but was too lazy to go down and get it himself, so he tried to call his fellow worker on the ground to get it for him, but this guy could not hear a word he said. So he started to give a sign so the guy on the ground could understand him.

So first he pointed at his eyes (meaning "I") then pointed at his knees (meaning "need",) and moved his hand back and forth describing the movement of a hand saw.
RICK says:
Finally the guy on the ground started nodding his head like he understood and dropped his pants and started to jack off.

The guy on the 3rd floor got pissed and ran down to the ground and started yelling at this guy: "You idiot, I was trying to say, I need a hand saw". The other guy replied: "I know, I was trying to tell you that "I am coming...".
